Who is Marlo?

A compassionate, empathetic supportive individual, with a love for providing others with the space to heal. In my 10 years working in the mental health field I have acquired many skills, but most importantly, I have been able to support those seeking to create the life they would like to live.

I graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in May of 2010 with a concentration in Clinical Social Work. I have been a licensed Clinical Social Worker for three years and utilize many different treatment modalities. Those include Solution Focused Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, End of Life Process, and Supportive Counseling. In addition, I have experience providing Individual therapy for family, couples adults, children and adolescents.

In my spare time I enjoy good conversations, spending quality time with loved ones, traveling, exercising, attending social events, a good movie, and a good meal.
