At Innerglow Therapy we understand how complicated and somewhat scary the journey to parenthood can be. This journey can be very challenging and more so very transforming. Our focus is to offer supportive services, to help you experience this journey feeling supported, heard, validated, and understood. Our goal is to help you navigate through the confusion, fear and uncertainties that can sometimes arise, which can lead to PMAD, if proper attention is not given, and appropriate care is not put in place.
Our Clinicians are passionate about supporting individuals in their pre- and conception journey. Our goal is to provide a safe space that foster connection with others, as well as to help our patients gain knowledge about what is normal and what needs attention during this period. We encourage our patients to make informed decisions, as well as to empower them to give themselves permission to sit with their emotions and support them in finding solutions that work for them.
